Injured Irish pair receive treatment in Poland

Irish captain Brian O’Driscoll and fellow centre Gordon D’Arcy have flown to Spala in Poland to continue their rehabilitation from their hamstring injuries.

Irish captain Brian O’Driscoll and fellow centre Gordon D’Arcy have flown to Spala in Poland to continue their rehabilitation from their hamstring injuries.

The injured pair have travelled with the team's athletic trainer Brian Green to the specialist cryotherapy centre in Spala, which was previously used by the Irish squad for pre-season training.

They will return to Ireland later in the week and any update regarding their injuries will not be known until Sunday at the earliest, at which time both players’ injuries will be assessed.
