Connacht make three changes for Cardiff clash

Wing Conor McPhillips, tight head Stephen Knoop and number eight John O'Sullivan are the three men promoted for Connacht's Celtic League clash with Cardiff Blues at the Sportsground on Saturday (kick-off 2pm).

McPhillips gets his chance due to an injury to out-half Eric Elwood. Paul Warwick will move to number 10 and Darren Yapp will shift to outsisde centre.

Knoop is fit to takeover from Peter Bracken and Michael Swift will make way for O'Sullivan's return.
