Castres drop Delaigue and Dourthe

Castres have dropped veterans Yann Delaigue and Richard Dourthe for their home tie with Munster at Stade Pierre Antoine tomorrow evening.

Xavier Sadourny has been asked to take over the reigns at out-half and Laurent Marticorena will play at centre beside Mark Denney.
