Ireland fought tooth-and-nail against traditional kingpins Fiji in the Dubai Sevens this morning.

Belfast Harlequins’ Ian Humphreys, Loughborough University’s Mark Bruce and Ballymena loose forward Michael McComish were the try scorers in a brave 37-17 loss.
