States make four changes

The United States have decided on four changes, one of them positional, for their weekend match against Ireland in Dublin.

Lock Alec Parker, blindside flanker Brian Surgener and right wing Al Lakomskis come into team for Saturday – while Kort Schubert shifts to number eight from flanker.
