Kidney hails Leinster composure

Declan Kidney praised Leinster’s grit after they overcame a determined Treviso challenge to win 25-9 in their opening Heineken Cup Pool 2 clash in northern Italy.

Kidney watched his side gradually wear down the plucky Italians on a greasy surface as they ran in tries from Shane Byrne, Shane Horgan and Brian O’Driscoll.
