Murphy out of Ireland line up

Ireland suffered a setback on the morning of the second test against South Africa at Newlands with the withdrawal of wing Geordan Murphy due to a chest infection.

Shane Horgan, who was pencilled in to play at inside centre moves to the wing to replace Murphy.
