Connacht ring the changes
Connacht have made a number of changes for their clash with title-chasing Gwent Dragons at the Sportsground on Saturday (2.30 pm).
Matt Mostyn returns to the side at full-back with Ted Robinson starting on the right-wing and Shane Moore at inside centre. Conor O¹Loughlin partners Eric Elwood at half-back.
Up front Adrian Clarke and hooker John Fogarty come into the front row with a new backrow of Paul Neville, Tom Carter and Mick Carroll.
Gwent Dragons, led by Percy Montgomery and Bobby Skinstad, need to win this encounter to stay in the hunt for the Celtic League title along with Ulster and Llanelli. But Connacht will be anxious to gain revenge for their defeat by the Dragons at Rodney Parade earlier in the season.
Meanwhile, Connacht¹s final home game of the season against Celtic Warriors has been switched from Saturday, May 15, and will now take place at the Sportsground on Friday, May 14, with a 6.30pm kick-off.
In between, Connacht travel to Thomond Park on Friday, May 7, to take on Munster in a game that will be broadcast live by TG4. This will be the 12th time this season that a Connacht match has been broadcast live on television.
