John McCall, aged 18, from Armagh collapsed while playing in an international Under-19 match in South Africa against New Zealand.

The promising back row forward later passed away in St Augustine's hospital in Durban.

John was one of the Irish rugby world's most promising young stars. The news broke as his father Ian and uncle Brian made their way to the Ireland match in Lansdowne road.
