McCall to take on Ulster role
Ireland Under-21 coach Mark McCall will succeed Alan Solomons at Ulster in a three-year deal starting on July 1.
On retiring from the game with 13 Ireland caps, McCall immediately went into coaching, and was drafted into the Ulster set-up where he assisted head coach Harry Williams during the rest of the 1998-99 season and throughout 1999-2000, as well as coaching club side Ballynahinch.
