Scotland head coach Matt Williams has called for more consistency among referees ahead of the RBS 6 Nations clash with France on Sunday.

The Australian blamed the loss to Italy on crucial wrong decisions by Welsh official, Nigel Whitehouse, and insisted his side are handled differently because of their lowly status.
