Munster's Donncha O'Callaghan could be out for up to a month with medial ligament damage that leaves a hole in Ireland's second row for the challenge of overturning England at Twickenham on Saturday week.

Obviously, Malcolm O'Kelly will move into the starting fifteen, but Gary Longwell, Matt McCullough, Ben Gissing and Trevor Brennan will all be in contention for a place on the bench.
