Llanelli Scarlets wing Salesi Finau has been banned for 21 days after being cited for striking an opponent.

Llanelli Scarlets wing Salesi Finau has been banned for 21 days after being cited for striking an opponent.

Finau was cited by Ulster officials following an incident during last week’s Celtic League game in Belfast.

The Welsh Rugby Union’s disciplinary sub-committee today upheld the complaint during a meeting in Cardiff.

Finau will be free to resume playing on March 4.
