Springbok captain Krige quits
Springbok captain Corne Krige has announced his retirement from international action, preferring to spend more time with his family and a representative career with the Super 12 Stormers and his club Western Province.
The 28-year-old flanker's resignation follows that of Springbok coach Rudi Straeuli, after a disastruous World Cup camapign.
Krige said: "I have made the decision to retire from international rugby. I have given this a lot of thought and have discussed things through with my wife and family and believe this is the right decision for me."
