Ulster welcome Humphreys back

Ulster have David Humphreys and fit-again Gary Longwell for the Celtic League visit of The Borders to Ravenhill on Friday evening.

World Cup squad members, Neil Doak and Simon Best, and New Zealander Paul Steinmetz will also be involved in the action.

"There is very strong competition for places at the moment, the squad is greatly strengthened and it's nice to welcome everyone back," said coach Alan Solomons.
