McGeechan out to make life easier

Ian McGeechan is determined to remove the barriers which saw him end his second stint as Scotland coach seething with frustration.

McGeechan will officially step down within the next few weeks to take on the Scotland Rugby Union’s director of rugby role, allowing former Leinster chief Matt Williams to step into the firing line as leader of the national team.
