Broc to make his home debut

The Irish rugby team will unveil their latest big star on Saturday as 'Broc' the mascot makes his home debut.

The new Irish Rugby team mascot, will be unveiled when Ireland take on Wales in the permanent tsb International at Lansdowne Road.

Broc gained his first international cap during Ireland's summer tour when Ireland took on Australia in Perth, but this will be his first appearance at Lansdowne Road.

‘Broc ’is short for ‘brocaire ’the Irish word for terrier.
