Connacht fans get chance to keep in touch

Connacht Rugby is testing a new text service which will give supporters information on the new Connacht Rugby Supporters Club.

The service is being tried out this week as part of Connacht Rugby's trade stand at the Galway Races.

Supporters are asked to go to the SEND MESSAGE section of their mobile phone, key in the letters CRU and send to this number 51123 (no prefix required).

Callers will receive information about the newly formed Connacht Rugby Supporters Club.

Connacht Rugby will have a trade stand located close to the parade ring at the Galway Races for the seven-day racing festival and punters are invited to drop in and say hello.

Membership forms for the Connacht Rugby Supporters Club, applications for season tickets and club merchandise will be on offer throughout the week.
