Gatland rings the changes

Wasps boss Warren Gatland has made three changes to his line-up for tomorrow’s Zurich Premiership final against Gloucester at Twickenham.

Scrum-half Rob Howley and hooker Trevor Leota both return after being rested to the bench when Wasps beat Parker Pen Challenge Cup final opponents Bath last weekend.

And Scottish international wing Kenny Logan takes over from John Rudd, who suffered a hamstring strain against Bath and misses out on a place in Wasps’ 22. Logan’s place on the bench is taken by Mark Denney.

All seven of Wasps’ England tourists heading for New Zealand and Australia next week will start – Josh Lewsey, Stuart Abbott, Alex King, Simon Shaw, Joe Worsley, Paul Volley and Lawrence Dallaglio.

Team: M van Gisbergen; J Lewsey, F Waters, S Abbott, K Logan; A King, R Howley; C Dowd, T Leota, W Green, S Shaw, R Birkett, J Worsley, P Volley, L Dallaglio (capt).

Replacements: M Wood, P Greening, M Denney, A Erinle, M Lock, P Scrivener, A McKenzie.
