O'Driscoll out of Irish tour

Ireland and Leinster star player and captain Brian O’Driscoll has been ruled out of Ireland's summer tour to Australia, Tonga and Samoa.

The Leinster, Ireland and Lions centre has not recovered from a hamstring injury suffered during his province’s Heineken Cup semi-final defeat to Perpignan last month and O’Driscoll is one of five players ruled out of the three-Test tour.
