Shannon have won their Div 1 clash against Dungannon by a seven-point margin.

A try by Tom Hayes added to Shannon's tally, with other scores coming from David Delaney (three drop goals) and Tom Cregan (three penalties and one conversion).

Dungannon put over two tries - one from Andrew Hughes and the other from Seamus Mallon. Mark Armstrong added two penalties and a conversion to fill out the Dungannon scoresheet.
