Three clubs face misconduct charges

A three man ERC Disciplinary Committee will hear charges of misconduct brought against Neath, Ebbw Vale and Saracens at hearings in Dublin on Tuesday, April 8.

Scotland's Douglas Hunter will chair the panel, which also includes Achielle Reali (Italy) and Brian McLoughlin (Ireland).
