John Lyne comes in at loose head prop for Eugene McGovern while Declan Fitzpatrick plays at tight head in place of Jason Moran and at No.6, Ciaran Potts takes over from John Muldoon.

The Ireland Under 21 team to play Wales Under 21 at Ebbw Vale on Friday, March 21 at 2.30pm is as follows:
