Italian coach John Kirwan has drafted prop forward Gianluca Faliva into his squad for this weekend's Six Nations game against Ireland in Rome.

Italian coach John Kirwan has drafted prop forward Gianluca Faliva into his squad for this weekend's Six Nations game against Ireland in Rome.

Faliva will replace Salvatore Perugini.

Italy recorded only their second ever Six Nations victory when they beat Wales 30-22 in Rome on Saturday.
