Leinster decide not to cite David Bory
Rugby officials in Leinster have decided not to pursue action against Montferrand's David Bory for foul play during Saturday's Heineken Cup game in France.
Bory injured Gordon D'Arcy after a brutal tackle just after he had touched down for Leinster's first try of the game.
However, after seeking legal advice, the Irish side have decided not to pursue the matter, meaning Bory is free to line out for the return leg in Donnybrook this Friday.
D'Arcy, meanwhile, is expected to be out of action until the new year.
