Clancy inspires Harlequins win
Belfast Harlequins 17 Blackrock 0
A brace of tries by scrum-half Sean Clancy inspired Belfast Harlequins to victory against Blackrock to maintain their unbeaten start to their Division One campaign.
Clancy struck twice in the first half, both sniping efforts from the base of five-metre scrums as the home side established a commanding lead at the interval, playing into atrocious weather conditions.
Blackrock, who had gone into the game on the back of a big win over Dungannon, simply couldn't penetrate the home side defence and found themselves constantly on the back foot with the home side's forwards in command.
The second half offered little in terms of entertaining rugby as the conditions worsened with a converted try by out-half Ajay Derwin sealing the points for Quins.
