UL Bohemians had one player sent off and two more yellow-carded as the lost their opening game in the AIB League first division.

Flanker James O'Neill was sent off near the end following a punch-up in involving several players and visiting number six Neil Best was yellow carded.

Earlier, Matt Porter and Ian Costello were sent to the bin.

Costello kicked a penalty and dropped a goal for a 6-0 lead after 33 minutes.

Harlequins hit back with a try from Ajay Derwin to leave it 6-5 at the break.

Derwin kicked the winning penalty eight minutes into the second half.
