McHugh set to break record

David McHugh will break Kevin Kelliher's long held Irish record when he takes charge of his 24th international match in November between France and Canada.

He has resumed training following his disgraceful assault in South Africa.

"I have been given the all-clear to resume training and subject to a further medical check, I am very hopeful of returning to action on September 14 for the Neath versus Llanelli Celtic League game." he says.
