IRB member: Tune should have been banned

A member of the International Rugby Board's Anti-Doping Advisory Committee has said that Australian wing Ben Tune should have received the full two-year ban from the game.

Ismail Jakoet said: "In terms of the IRB regulations, the mandatory sentence is a two-year ban. The circumstances are irrelevant. There are no exceptional circumstances under the IRB regulations".
