France centre Tony Marsh will undergo a fitness test on his injured calf today to determine whether he can face Ireland in tomorrow’s Lloyds TSB Six Nations decider.

If the 29-year-old Montferrand player is forced to pull out then he could be replaced by Clement Poitrenaud for the game at the Stade de France.
