Rugby: Fitzpatrick urges World Cup agreement
Former All Black skipper Sean Fitzpatrick admits New Zealand rugby would suffer a ‘massive blow’ should they fail to co-host next year’s World Cup.
Frantic discussions are taking place between New Zealand’s rugby authorities and government officials in an attempt to overcome the ‘clean stadia’ problem which saw the Kiwis ditched by the International Rugby Board last week.
