Six Nations: Wales make two changes for Italy clash

Wales coach Steve Hansen has made two changes to his side for Saturday's Six Nations clash against Italy in Cardiff.

Ebbw Vale's Iestyn Thomas is preferred to Cardiff's Spencer John at prop, while Newport lock Ian Gough replaces Craig Quinnell who has a knee injury.

The Welsh are still seeking their first Six Nations win this season, but have beaten Italy in all seven previous meetings between the countries.
