Heineken European Cup: Balshaw back in Bath team

Iain Balshaw has regained his place in the Bath team for Saturday's Heineken Cup quarter-final against Llanelli.

The England and Lions star was injured during Bath's victory over Swansea almost three weeks ago.

And he then missed their final European group game against Biarritz as a result.

But he now reclaims the number 14 jersey from Rob Thirlby as the solitary change from that 31-13 demolition of Biarritz.

Hooker Mark Regan and number eight Dan Lyle both have to content themselves with places on the bench, while fly-half Mike Catt continues as captain.

Team: M Perry; I Balshaw, O Barkley, M Tindall, K Maggs; M Catt (capt), A Williams; D Barnes, A Long, S Emms, S Borthwick, D Grewcock, G Thomas, M Gabey, N Thomas.

Replacements: G Cooper, M Regan, A Hopcroft, R Thirlby, T Voyce, D Dorsey, D Lyle.
