Six Nations: Wood, Stringer included in squad

Peter Stringer and Keith Wood have both been included in the Ireland rugby squad for the Six Nations game against Wales on February 3.

Kieron Dawson of London Irish and Brian O'Meara of Leinster are not considered due to injury.

Backs: Peter Stringer (Munster), Guy Easterby (Llanelli), David Humphreys (Ulster), Ronan O'Gara (Munster), Kevin Maggs (Bath), Brian O'Driscoll (Leinster), Denis Hickie (Leinster), Shane Horgan (Leinster), Girvan Dempsey (Leinster), Geordan Murphy (Leicester).

The vacancy left at prop forward will be announced on Monday.
