Rugby: Organisers fuming at England and Wales Six Nations no-show

Six Nations organisers and sponsors Lloyds TSB were left angry and embarrassed after England and Wales did not send their coach or captain to today’s launch.

Tournament officials had expected the captain and coach of all six competing countries to attend the high-profile launch at a Buckinghamshire country club.
