Oldham coach Mike Ford looks set to switch link up with new Irish coach Eddie O'Sullivan.

Ford confirmed after Oldham's 46-12 Northern Ford Premiership defeat at Leigh that he is considering an offer to line up to join the Ireland squad for the Six Nations Championship as defensive coach.
