Trevor Brennan, Simon Easterby and Barry Everitt have been drafted into the Irish squad to face Samoa at Lansdowne Road on Sunday following an unprecedented injury crisis for Warren Gatland.

A training session in Greystones yesterday was cancelled because 15 players on the squad have injuries.
