The Lions have made three changes for Saturday’s Test series decider against the Wallabies at Stadium Australia.

Right-wing Dafydd James has been dropped in favour of Austin Healy, while scrum-half Matt Dawson takes over from rib injury victim Rob Howley.

There is also one enforced switch in the pack, with flanker Martin Corry replacing the concussed Richard Hill.

Fly-half Jonny Wilkinson looks to have won his fitness race from a leg injury, and lines up in the number 10 jersey.

England centre Will Greenwood is among the replacements following his recovery from ankle trouble, while the bench also includes Colin Charvis available again after suspension and Welsh prop Darren Morris.

Morris’ inclusion in the 22 means no place for England veteran Jason Leonard.
