Third placed Dungannon host fifth place Garryowen at Stevenson Park while fourth placed Young Munster are only one point above Ballymena going into their game against Belfast Harlequins, while Ballymena will be hoping to regain their top-four placing by beating Cork Con who have already confirmed their place in the play-offs.

Galwegians can ensure a home fixture in the semi-finals if they overcome Buccaneers at Glenina.

In the other games of the day St Mary’s host Terenure in the tie of the colleges, Clontarf play Blackrock College and Shannon meet Old Crescent.
