Legend Fitzgerald a big hit with JJ

Munster’s JJ Hanrahan was delighted to catch up with another kicking king after the province’s Rabodirect Pro12 win over Benetton Treviso at Thomond Park on Saturday night.

The Kerry native tweeted a picture of his meeting with Kingdom legend Maurice Fitzgerald after the game and revealed the former St Mary’s star is still a very big deal in the Hanrahan household.

JJ tweeted: “Great to have Maurice Fitzgerald come watch last night, such an impressive person, my mother will want this framed.”
