Unflappable Kearney takes Care questions in his stride

He isn’t his brother Rob. Nor is he Tommy Bowe or Luke Fitzgerald. For over a month now he has been consistency personified on Ireland’s right wing but the vigils over the health of Bowe and Fitzgerald and the clamour for Simon Zebo go on.
He isn’t deemed big news. Rightly or wrongly, the impression is that he doesn’t electrify a crowd when the ball is cradled in his arms. And with Andrew Trimble on the far wing, one line of thought is that Ireland’s three-quarters lacks spark and oomph.
