Lansdowne continue title march

Lansdowne exacted revenge for their defeat to Young Munster in December by whipping the Limerick men 37-17 on the Aviva Stadium’s back pitch.

Out-half Craig Ronaldson was again the Dubliners’ hero, scoring their third try and kicking 12 points.

The league is theirs to lose as Garryowen went down 25-15 to St Mary’s, allowing Lansdowne’s lead to stretch out to 14 points with five games to go. Robbie Hudson and Gareth Austin scored second-half tries to ease mid-table Mary’s to their fourth win on the trot. Five Matthew Jarvis penalties kept Garryowen in touch.
