Wounded Ireland must use break wisely

Here we go again.

Just as we thought Ireland were back in business after two steps forwards, they revert to type and fall one step back.

That old sporting adage that you are only as good as your last game never made as much sense as it does in the wake of a 12-6 home defeat to England on Sunday, a narrow margin on the scoreboard that does not reflect the enormity of the loss.
