But despite sitting fourth in the Ulster Bank League and clinching the Munster Senior Cup, Cork Con captain Gerry Hurley believes his team have yet to hit top gear this season.

Hurley, who contributed 10 of Con’s 20 points from the kicking tee on Saturday, thinks the side have rode their luck in this campaign, insisting they need to raise their game ahead of the April final.
