Keatley returns to No 10
Munster head coach Rob Penney makes six changes from the side which beat the Blues in Cardiff, with Keatley reverting from full-back to his preferred position in place of Ronan O’Gara.
Aside from the international call-ups, Niall Ronan makes a welcome return to replace the injured Sean Dougall at openside flanker, while Paddy Butler comes in at number eight for the injured Tommy O’Donnell (ankle). Wian du Preez starts ahead of Marcus Horan at loose head, Ian Nagle partners Billy Holland at lock while James Downey is reunited in midfield with Casey Laulala.
South African back-row import CJ Stander could make his Munster debut from the bench. The Welsh region are unbeaten in their last four Rabo games against Irish provinces but have not beaten Munster since the European quarter-final in March 2007 and have not won in seven trips to Musgrave Park.
Scarlets welcome back Wales international Morgan Stoddart at full-back but have lost Liam Williams to the struggling national side
