Gatland keeping an eye on young Ireland hopefuls

British & Irish Lions coach Warren Gatland, pictured, will run the rule over Ireland’s tour hopefuls at the Aviva Stadium this evening.

Gatland, recovering from foot surgery, will be among the crowd to watch Ireland face South Africa as the countdown begins to next summer’s tour to Australia.

This autumn will be the last chance for the head coach to watch how potential Lions fare against the southern hemisphere giants.
