Connacht scrum boost as prop White goes west

Connacht have boosted their front-row options with the signature of experienced prop Nathan White, who joins from Leinster.

The 30-year-old New Zealander and former Waikato captain has signed a three-year deal after making 14 appearances for Leinster, including five in the Heineken Cup, since his arrival last season for one year.

White will add considerable experience to a youthful Connacht front row, and is also expected to help “bring through the next crop of props” from the Connacht academy.
