O’Sullivan set for European return

EDDIE O’SULLIVAN is set to make a return to European rugby, following his resignation as head coach of the USA Eagles yesterday.

O’Sullivan’s manager John Baker confirmed the former Irish coach would consider some “interesting enquiries” and now that he had parted company with the USA would look at these “in earnest”.

The announcement comes following a decent showing from the Eagles in the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand.
