O’Leary set to return within a fortnight

SCRUM-HALF Tomás O’Leary will be back in action for Munster within a fortnight and is ready to challenge legend Peter Stringer and newcomer Conor Murray for a piece of the action at the business end of the season.

The word is that O’Leary will be ready within a fortnight, while Munster skipper Paul O’Connell will have to wait longer to see any further Munster action, although he still holds out hope of playing before the end of the season. A further scan on his ankle injury this week will provide more positive information.

Murray has made huge progress in O’Leary’s absence; he is included in a squad of 34 for Saturday’s Magners League clash against the Scarlets and will surely play a role.
