Irish Examiner backs awards night

THE fifth annual Munster Rugby Awards will take place, in association with the Irish Examiner, on Friday, May 6, at Thomond Park.

The event unites the domestic and professional elements of the game and is a celebration of rugby in the province at all levels.

Held on the same night Munster take on Connacht in the final round game of the Magners League, guests will be able to watch the match afterwards while all funds raised will go towards the running of and development of the Munster Rugby Academy.
